Induction Loop Systems

The Disability Act has increased public awareness to the needs of those with impaired hearing. It is now very common for new buildings to have induction loop cabling incorporated into the design and installed at the first fix stage.

A loop system is essentially the creation of a magnetic field. It is therefore crucial that the type and gauge of cable is correctly calculated and allied to the correct purpose designed loop amplifier. In addition the nature of building construction can have a dramatic effect on system performance.

If the system is not correctly designed the signal strength may be insufficient to cover the designated area, resulting in an unsatisfactory or unusable product. We have been designing and installing loop systems for more than 20 years and have many hundreds of satisfied customers.
