Phil Clark

Despite his youthful age(!), Phil has a wealth of experience in live sound, installations and studio engineering.

He started his musical career at the age of 14 learning the guitar and from this joined local bands and learned his trade in performing. The obvious step occurred and he ended up in the studio recording 4 albums, the commercial release of his bands first album, numerous singles and several videos over the last 20 years. Due to the constant touring of the local pub scene, he learnt about sound systems, how they worked and how to get a decent sound from a set of 1970 speakers! From this, a passion for everything audio transpired and led to the meeting of Neil Kavanagh in 1990 and the subsequent formation of Old Barn Audio Ltd.

Described by many as a the perfect time-keeper, this accolade has made for every hire of audio equipment being met. To be able to rely on someone is the most important thing in business, and working with Phil makes every performance easy and hassle free.
