Bao & Bing Taiwanese Restaurant

Occasionally, Old Barn Audio are asked to visit a site to reconfigure and reinstate an existing sound system. A system that maybe does not work at all, or maybe it has been inadequately installed or perhaps broken.

Which is exactly what we did at Bao & Bing Taiwanese restaurant in Paddington, London.

Having opened at the end of 2018, they had a sound system installed. However, the system was shutting down and distorting. Which made it totally inadequate in this competitive market of London eateries. Old Barn were tasked with finding out the problem. We went in and discovered that 13 speakers had been installed, but with only one amplifier, as well as sub-standard cabling.

A new and second amplifier has now been installed. We created 4 separate zones within the building- the upstairs restaurant, tea room downstairs, the toilets and then the corridors, utilising the existing 13 JBL Monitor One speakers.

This has now given Bao & Bing a completely satisfactory sound system for use in their busy Taiwanese restaurant.
