Botley Hill Farmhouse in Warlingham, Surrey
This historic Surrey venue is set in acres of land with stunning views of the North Downs
Sometimes you come across a venue that is just delightful. And Botley Hill Farmhouse is one of them. Old Barn Audio work in many restaurants and bars, but this Surrey wedding venue is a particularly special place.
Situated on the Titsey Estate at the highest point of the North Downs Way, in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Botley Hill Farmhouse is a historic and listed building, renowned for its breathtaking views. New owners took over in 2015 and they have gradually been making lots of changes to the venue, including brand new menus, locally sourced food, shepherd huts and they now own a new micro-brewery! Fantastic!
To add to the quality of their venue, they also wanted a great sound system, for the newly opened Barn, the dining room and the reception area. Our experience with working with period properties was definitely an advantage.
The reception and dining area formed one section of the project, with the Barn as the other. In total we installed:

- 1 x Crown XLS1002 amplifier
- 4 x Martin Audio CDD6 speakers (Dining)
- 1 x 8 channel analogue audio mixer
- 1 x JTS hand held system
The Barn
- 4 x Martin Audio CDD6 speakers
- 1 x Crown XLS1002 amplifier
- 1 x Soundcraft Ui12 digital mixer
- 1 x JTS hand held system
This wedding venue, restaurant and cafe offer something for everyone and we were very pleased to be asked to complete the installation here. We have taken lots of great photographs of this project, which have been shared too.
