The Lights in Gabon - Old Barn Audio

Neil, Phil, Chris and Nick travelled out to Gabon, in Central Africa, to install a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system for The Lights in Gabon. This project was originally due to be completed in early 2020 but sadly covid restrictions in both countries resulted in a long delay.

The Project

The audio used the ever popular combination of Martin Audio CDD speakers and powersoft amplifiers. Whilst a symetrix processor controlled the entire system via a custom control interface programmed by us.

The lighting was supplied by Chauvet professional and was a comprehensive mix of moving head, LED, strobe and pixel fixtures. A pixel light wall behind the DJ added the finishing touches and gave a wow factor to the club.

As with all Old Barn Audio installations, extensive planning and preparation meant that the install was completed before schedule. The new owner was so happy with his new system, that he insisted on taking the team on a tour of the small country. Old Barn Audio are currently in talks with the clients regarding his new large scale touring venture.
