Church of The Good Shepherd in Borough Green
Work has commenced this week, for the Church of The Good Shepherd in Borough Green. They contacted Old Barn Audio earlier this year, as they needed an effective sound and loop system in their church.
Old Barn Audio have managed to retain the original loop system, but calibrated it to RNID specs.
The new speakers are being positioned on wall plates along the length of the nave, directed downwards and across the seating. Negating feedback, by achieving a linear audio performance throughout the listening area, whilst decreasing the requirement of any one speaker.
A Soundcraft wi-fi controlled audio mixer with a separate wireless router is being installed, to ensure the range covers the entire church footprint. One amplifier has been retained and Old Barn Audio have supplied 2 more Crown XLS amps with the added sub bass module.
All will be controlled remotely by the iPad that is being supplied.

- 2 x Crown XLS amplifiers
- Microphone systems
- Professional DVD/CD Media Player
- 1 x iPad , engraved with “Church of the Good Shepherd – Borough Green”
Video Installation
Old Barn Audio will be revisiting the Church of The Good Shepherd to install a completely effective video system, which will ensure the congregation can see as well as hear sermons, performances and talks.
