First Phase of Hockey Centre Completed
The first phase of the Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre has now been completed, in good time for the 2018 Womens World Cup.
The east, south and west stands now have Martin Audio speakers installed, guaranteeing exceptional sound for all. 6 x 15″ IP56 weatherised speakers have been installed under the east cantilevered stand. For the south stand there have been 5 speakers and for the west there are 7. All 15″ speakers have been custom coated and mounted on fabricated 4.6 metre posts to extend sound coverage.
The weatherised speakers that Old Barn Audio have installed are of extremely high quality and will effectively cope with all weather conditions.
We have used over a mile of armoured cable laid, all contained in galvanised conduit.
The north stand has had extra seating installed, specifically for this great sporting event. Once the World Cup is over, we will be visiting the site once again, to complete phase 2 of the project and covering the complete stadium.
